Celebrate in style at the Edithvale Aspendale Sporting Club, situated at the bottom of Forth Ave Edithvale, approx. 40km south of Melbourne. Our function room is the ideal space to celebrate your next special occasion.
 
Our function team are ready to assist with all details and collaborate with you to host your perfect function
 

It is the ideal space for 30 – 200 guest, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the main oval and a flexible floor plan to suit your needs, Sit down events, Cocktail, Buffet.

We can cater for morning, afternoon and evening
occasions.

Full Bar facilities available -Bar Tab/Cash Bar.

Frequently Asked Questions

We can comfortably accommodate 100 guests seated, or up to 140 guests standing in our function room [depending on your set up]. 

Regents Park has a small private car park. Guests are also able to use the council parking / street parking surrounding the club.

Unfortunately Edithvale Sporting Club does not accept bookings for these parties. 

How far in advance will I have access to the club to set up for my event?

We will endeavour to provide you with as much access as you need to set up for your function. Access time to set up is negotiable, depending on the club’s use by its members and other event bookings in place.

A standard booking on a Friday or Saturday is 5 hours, however this is negotiable [additional charges will apply]. A standard booking  Monday to Thursday is 3 hours, again this is negotiable [additional charges will apply].

Unfortunately we have limited storage space for items at the club and therefore we do ask that all items are taken with you at the end of your event.

Yes, you are more than welcome to hire your own furniture. Please just be mindful that it will need to be collected at the end of your event.

We currently do not provide a physical dance floor, however, there is ample space to have a dance area in the room, depending on your set up and guest numbers. Alternatively you can arrange to hire a dance floor but this needs to be approved prior to being installed to ensure no damage to the venue occurs.
